Back Compat Sale Lets Gamers Get Xbox Classic 360 and Original Games Incredibly Cheap


Microsoft is running a huge backwards compatibility sale, allowing gamers to pick up original Xbox and Xbox 360 games at low prices.

One of the great things about the Xbox One and Xbox Series X consoles is their ability to play the old, original Xbox 360 Xbox Games. Microsoft has ensured Xbox backwards compatibility and how it not only allows gamers to access classic games but has enhanced them with things like FPS Boost and more. Now, a new Back Compat sale is giving Xbox gamers the chance to get their hands on some of the best original Xbox and Xbox 360 games at a discount.


The Back Compat sale is live for Xbox owners on the Microsoft Store and will last until next week. It offers a wide range of games, with Microsoft picking out six titles in particular as headliners. the original Red Dead Redemption game on Xbox 360 is available for $9.89, while FEAR 2: Origin of the project can be hung for $4.99. the original skate game is $5.99, while Splinter Cell: double agent is available for $5.99. the original Max Payne game is sold for $8.99, and finally, Time Separators 2, the critically acclaimed first-person shooter from the original Xbox, can be purchased for just $2.49.
